We booked room 218 for one week in Feb through central reservations. There weren’t many other choices and those all seemed about the same, dated and unexciting. The hotel is very well located, centrally in the village. The room was impeccably clean. The bed was hard however, transferring every movement. The worst part was the noise. fantastic location! next to market place, lift office and restaurants.. and of course walk to to ski!
This was not the best customer experience in Big White. Hotel check in and check out times are the worst if you plan to take ski lessons or even enjoy skiing with convenience. Customer service is the worse for a ski resort in Canada and they don’t even have a concierge on site. For $350 a night this is not worthwhile. Restrooms are closed. Building interior and rooms look like they are 50 years old. Carpets are super dirty and toilet is designed for tiny people. 저는 빌리지 뷰의 방을 선택했어요. 멋진 뷰 입니다. 체크인은 센트럴 마운틴에서 해야합니다. 빌리지 센터에서는 체크인하는곳이 없어요. 올라오기 전에 해야합니다. 방은 깨끗하고 따듯합니다. 모든식기가 갖추어져 있으며 핫텁은 작고 물은 미지근하지만 객실 안에서 핫텁을 즐기면됩니다.
