I'm in an RV and they have a contract with Good Sam for roadside assistance. I have been waiting for 3 hours from them they were supposed to be here 2 hours ago they do not answer their phone calls they do not answer Good Sam's phone calls they do not call to let you know they're going to be late I am stuck here I need to get moving they are totally unreliable
I didn't use them because they admitted they couldn't tow my camper, but they referred me to Union Street towing, instead. Great customer service.
