Confirmed my deliveries last week and now calling because there are no trucks delivering at appointment time. Been on the automatic hold now for 49 minutes just to speak with a person. Nobody should ever, under any circumstances be placed on hold for that long.
This broker is the absolute worst. Their autistic customer service rep are dumb as mud and their service/reliability for getting you a driver to pickup shipments may be the worst in the industry. USE SOMEONE ELSE! Brokers are a dime a dozen, and this one is absolutely NOTHING SPECIAL.
THE ABSOLUTE WORST SERVICE I HAVE EVER EXPERIENCED IN MY LIFE. TOTALLY UNRELIABLE, SHIPMENTS ARE MISSED, OPTIONS ARE LEFT OFF THE SHIPMENTS, THEY WILL NOT GUARANTEE ANY PICKUP, CUSTOMER SERVICE WILL NOT HELP WITH ANYTHING, SAVE YOURSELF GRIEF AND TIME AND DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY
