We are forced to use CH Robinson for two of our customers. Unfortunately, there is no way to contact them when an error has been made on the BOL. It is very frustrating. I specifically request each time that they do not send FedEx to our location and they still do. Then I have to go through the whole process of trying to contact them to change the truck company. FedEx has never picked up before our dock closes.
very poor customer service. I cannot get ahold of anyone and have been waiting for a week for my shipment with no estimated time of arrival on the online tracking portal. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!!
