very poor customer service. I cannot get ahold of anyone and have been waiting for a week for my shipment with no estimated time of arrival on the online tracking portal. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!!

Incredibly unprofessional scam artists. Will destroy your pallet and refuse to compensate. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. If your purchase something and discover that CHR will be handling the freight, just pay extra to have someone else do it. Unless you want your inventory to be destroyed.
