Champagne Lanes has a swanky, hip look and an undeniably fun vibe, but the front-of-house operations completely missed the mark during our visit. We went on a Friday evening during peak hours, and the staffing allocation made no sense. There was only a single bartender handling the entire floor. Wonderful place, food is great and service, amazing!
As expected, the vibes were amazing, and this was the perfect spot for a bachelorette party! What really stood out to us, was the incredible service. Latjior, our server, was fantastic and handled our group of 10 girls well. Everyone went above and beyond to make the bride feel special by surprising her with a signed card featuring a hand-drawn portrait of her. A huge thank you to Harley for that thoughtful touch!
We didn't end up eating so I left that part blank. However this is such a cool place! The staff is attentive and friendly, the prices are extraordinarily reasonable. It's kind of like a mix between ski ball and bowling and it was such a unique thing to do. The atmosphere here is also phenomenal (though I am biased as I have a slight tiger obsession 😅). Everything was clean and bright/colorful. I would definitely recommend a visit 😊
