Scott and his team were great to work with! Our oldest, who is over 18, had to have surgery last year and during the pre-op appointments we realized that while the surgery was covered by our insurance we would not necessarily have any say in an emergency situation since they were over 18 and we were not their medical power of attorney. It's hard to realize that you need actual documentation stating that you can make medical or financial decisions on behalf of your adult children. Getting connected to and working with CH Law has truly been a blessing! From personal experience, making sure your affairs are in order is an absolute MUST!
