5 star service experience, huge shout out for Siobhan from service department, for being professional, responsive, and patient.
Took my Ioniq 5 in for recall procedures. They offered to do a service. After checking that they wanted to charge $520 to service the brakes I declined. When I picked up the car the trained technician had put that blackening polish all over dash and inside door panels ……… but had also done the rubber floor mats!!!! The mats have been slippery all week and my foot slips off the gas - talk about dangerous. I think they did it on purpose after refusing their extortionate service pr ice.
