Yesterday I was running super late. I was hoping to take my nephew here for his 10th birthday to pick stuff out and upon seeing the traffic I was so sure that we weren't gonna make it. Desperate, I called and asked if they would possibly be open if I showed up right at 6. The lady on the phone was kind, helpful, and even though I showed up five minutes late, they let us come in and look around. The service we got made my day and my nephews day. Great selection, reasonable prices, great service. Thank you all so much! �

My son loves this store, it’s like going to a museum for him (future archeologists) they have beautiful stones at every price point so that no one has to leave empty handed. The family who runs it is super kid friendly and patient.

My daughter and I went to Family Jewels in Dayton looking at their rocks and geodes. We were enjoying the shop and the carvings and the beautiful agates and geodes but then my daughter needed to use the restroom so she went up to the desk and asked if they had a public bathroom. The girl behind the desk seems like she already had an attitude said no they did not have a restroom for the public.
