The way they charge for utilities Makes it very difficult to get by. Do you choose electricity or food?
I know they take a lot of grief but the guys who responded to our emergency yesterday were amazing, caring and extremely professional. In a terrible storm they were pulled off of their job and sent to assist us with live wires and a fire. I cannot thank them enough! Believe me in a crisis you want people like this there for you!
$994 a month electric bills with no change in electric consumption. How is anyone in upstate NY affording these rates? When you call for help, they say it's just the new cost of electricity? Talk to family throughout the United States and their bills are $100-$200.
