I’ve lived in multiple states. Never have I ever had to essentially pay over 30 cents a kilowatt. This is not a true power company and is just a middle man. I’ve lived here a year, and I now have to budget ungodly amounts of money for these surprising bills.
Instead of being held accountable and forced to address the egregious billing errors and erroneous service cutoffs, the utility is granted a rate hike for bonuses to its unbelievably incompetent management. It is a good thing for those people that they work for a public utility. They would be fired from the private sector.
Such a rip off, prices are sky high and they going to increase our bills for 3 years starting on 9-1-25 of almost $6 extra a month. The ceo states in her video about this, "we are not lining our pockets" yeah ok sure your not.
They don’t even deserve one star, I keep getting transferred to a speci as list that never answers!!!!
