You know you would think with inflation and all that this company would have a heart. My sister has a very disabled son and as of tomorrow her electricity is being shut off. They don't give a damn. They have no heart or soul. It's companies like this that make me sick. Thank God I don't have to go through them. There is a very special place in hell for this company and the people who work in it.
I reside in a really small mobile home trailer and making a lot of ridiculous payment's and turning off my breakers from inside to save electricity and lower my bill's so I can pay my electricity bill that is excessively priced gouged 160.00 per month charge twice this month, I turn water heater breakers off all day and night until 35 minutes before my shower is turn it back, then back off after my shower dryer breakers off all day until I'm ready to use the dryer same with washer and about 5 other breakers in my home except... read more
Very corrupt company. They are horrible. Don't have any answers for anything. Questionable charges on bills for at least the past 2 years.Don't pay the charges you don't understand. They steal from customers. Very deceptive billing going on!! Very corrupt company 😡 *** UPDATE - Still overcharging customers. Someone needs to report this company for fraud. Central Hudson needs to be audited, the financial statements and charges are not accurate , nothing short of fraudulent 😡😤
Paying online is such a hassle and to even look at your statement online is annoying. The app sucks and the site sucks as well.
