Was looking for a specific car for a few months. Finally one was for sale at CH Auto Sales Ltd. I went straight there and test drove it without hassle. They are very helpful. Put a small deposit and returned 2 days later and collected it. Have been extremely happy with the whole experience and especially the car. Keep up the good work.
Bought a lovely used car from this dealer, communication was great, service was excellent, answered all our questions, and even replaced the absent spare key for free AFTER we had driven off with the car (the key guy came to my house the next day!), AND they offered to pay for a minor repair snag, which in the end I got fixed for free. These guys earned their 5 stars, thanks!
purchased a car on 25th march, flew over from northern ireland to collect. on the way home (drove to liverpool for ferry) the hydronic slave on clutch went. got it booked into kia for diagnostics where it was found to also have an oil leak from engine. garage paid to have hydrolic slave fixed but refused to cover cost of fixing oil leak from engine. meaning we were £182 down on garage repairs less then a week after owning the car for an oil leak that was present when purchasing the car.
Staff is trying their best to sell cars. I had enough when the guy told me that the corner of the car buper is not resprayed it just paints fading when I could clearly see different shades of colour.
Bought a car from them. Great service throughout. Genuinely honestly dealership will gladly use again
