No longer CH Anderson 🫤
We selected CH Anderson to do a complete remodel of our home. We demo'd down to studs and foundation, added a second story, and redesigned the first floor layout. Even though we started right as COVID was raging, they finished the job early - in 10 months we could move in! Joe was our project manager, and he is fantastic, experienced, and responsive. Joe Racanelli and his team ( including his assistant Katie Norton and subcontractors) at CH Anderson are the absolute best! I think I’m the only person I know ( other than the neighbor who referred me) who had a completely positive experience with a complete exterior restoration of their home ( extensive exterior drainage work, house painting, gutters, exterior shutters, new concrete driveway, new concrete back patio and beautiful patio trellis structure, a wonderful in ground basketball system for our kids and more).
