C.H. Anderson has the highest integrity and is super reliable. I have had great experiences with everyone there, but Pedro specifically stands out. He is professional, knowledgeable, versatile, organized, and highly dependable. I would recommend that team to anyone needing work on or in their home in South Orange County.
We recently hired C.H. Anderson Construction for a major home project, and we could not be happier with the results. C.H. Anderson completes projects on time and within budget! That isn't a sentence you often see when talking about home renovations. First of all, Pedro is an authentic good person and easy to get along with. He is a great communicator; listens well, asks the right questions, and gets back to you quickly. As the GC, Pedro is a professional and perfectionist in the best way. He worked c... read more
I’ve worked with three different contractors across Southern California over the last five years, and CH Anderson is by far the most professional and reliable we’ve partnered with. They completed a full bathroom remodel for us, and the experience was so positive that we’re now working with them again on a major exterior teardown and rebuild, a new ADU over our garage, and a master bathroom and walk-in closet renovation. Marty led the project and did a great job keeping us informed throughout the process. Communication was cl... read more
