My sister contacted him to get two cars tinted for saturday which was today and time frame was supposed to be from 12-1. By 12:45 my sister texted him and asked when he would be here and he responded at 1:07 saying he needed another 30 min. By 1:51 he still did not show up and no type of communication that he would be late yet AGAIN. I texted him and told him to cancel it. Got my windows tinted on my Integra and the whole experience was great. Carlos was really friendly, took his time, and made sure everything came out clean.
