The installer didn't clean the windows before applying the tint; the finished job looked terrible, and when I complained, he said he would come back the next day—but he never returned or got in touch. It was completely unprofessional of him.

Carlos did my SEMI and my CAR for me. Fantastic work. I called him for the car and he came through within the hour. He did such a stellar job, I instantly ask him if he could do my semi which is now done too. Happy customer here. Carlos definitely is a stand up guy and real down to earth. Just let him know what you want and he got you.

My sister contacted him to get two cars tinted for saturday which was today and time frame was supposed to be from 12-1. By 12:45 my sister texted him and asked when he would be here and he responded at 1:07 saying he needed another 30 min. By 1:51 he still did not show up and no type of communication that he would be late yet AGAIN. I texted him and told him to cancel it.
