Clean office with fake smile's Been a client since Arlington , From my experience if you have any complaints of discomfort you'll most likely to end up on a deferral list.. they value their nurses over the donor... Donors cannot have an opinion if they feel they're being treated wrong... It's like having a fake friend, That really feels like you homeless but smiles in your face every time they see you.... Donated blood, still haven't been paid. Called to inquire and was told nobody available to discuss the issue....SHADY..other companies more reputable
Staff is friendly and the snacks are good. Could do better with the cash amount for the donation.
I am a donor that is highly needed, but unfortunately the staff at the location near me misunderstood my scheduling concerns and missed out on what I was able to donate. When they reply on here, it only makes matters worse.
