Good company to work with.
They NEVER answer their phones!! They don't listen to your concerns.
I have had waste management for years. I can’t even remember who their name was when they first started. The only good thing about them is that my driver is consistently here when he is supposed to be here. The bad thing is the bill goes up it seems like every month. I have been waiting three months for a new 2 yard dumpster because the bottom is rotted out and trash is going through. They have hidden fees.
