Won't answer their phones, EVER! Horrible customer service
they are expensive not impressed and we had been with GCS excellent! really loved GCS ! then WM bought them out and the price keeps going up ( energy surcharge to pay on line fee) and if ya need customer assistance or to cancel your screwed. all about greed. we really liked them at first ridiculous what they charge, I checked around they are the most expensive. I just feel they are a greedy company.
