The company wasn't terrible until they threw away their own trash can wanted to charge me $80. Their local number for me would not work their headquarters just told me to call the local number. I eventually had to get to a live chat agent which just gave me the headquarters number in California again. After a 3-hour period of multiple phone calls to multiple people by the time I got to a real person that was just fed up and canceled. How do you regularly forget entire streets of trash pick up? And then can’t be gotten ahold of to tell someone. This company is God awful.
Never answer the phone. Extremely pricey. Their truck crushed the lid of my trash can and I am literally just trying to get a new one.
I have been with this company for a long time, but they do not have discounts for seniors. I have not found a Waste management company that does anything besides once a week pick ups. I only have enough to take out twice a month, but I’m billed for an entire month worth of pick ups.
