WM, easy answer. Horrible.
If I could put 0 stars I would. Doubled my bill in less than a year for the same service. No customer service number available to call and talk to a human.
Cannot overstate how incompetent the recycle program is. Another pickup where they failed to empty the bin completely. Manager blames it on me compacting the bin but nothing but loose items in this one. Multiple discussions and just failed leadership and training.
WM has been an amazing trash service to work with. Priced reasonable and easy to get ahold of if needed. Only complaint would be don't overfill or they will charge you $200+ dollars.
