Another tenant had moved in and got the same service as me and then WM cancelled my service, no notice or anything just cancelled my account. Everyone at WM has been so supportive and kind. If there is a delay in pick up, we always get an email. Love this company!!
I really don't have any comp[laints, the price is competitive, they put the containers back where they picked them up, and I dont have issues with waste be left in container.
They pick up trash, not cure cancer. My bill has increased 125% in under 5 years.
