The windshield needed replacement on my wife's car. Technician said he would arrive between 9 AM and 12 PM. After not showing at the scheduled time, the technician called at 1:30 PM to inform that he had one more job ahead of mine and would be right here. Technician arrived after 4 PM, thus wasting my entire day as I waited. Technician did a poor job installing the windshield and made a mess of our recently professionally detailed car.
