I put in my request to CGPH for a home and in 2 months i was provided with a beautiful home! Yes, the application process included a lot of documents and was a little time consuming, but overall i had a great experience! For many of the bad reviews, you will find those people may not fulfill all the necessary qualifications and meet the required criteria. I would not like to give any stars. Totally disappointed with their services. their client list is not screened. My unit in Edison is out of tenant for more than 10 months. i send email to VP, COO and every other individual in the company. Ready to take them to court for having a loss of 10 months of rent and i am not sure how many more months will take to follow their bureaucratic process. Landlords and Investors - i strongly suggest getting away where CGPH is involved in filling your properties.
If I could give a Zero star, I would. In my opinion, this company should be investigated for possibly running a scam. I am so disgusted and disappointed with the grueling application process, which I aced only to be told that I would hear if the apartments that I applied for became unavailable, I would be notified. Imagine my surprise when another apartment (same company) came up and I was required to submit another full application!!! They make it impossible to rent an affordable apartment. They continuously more more stuff and now they are asking me person questions and I am done with continuing the application process. They definitely don’t treat people who need an affordable home with human decency. I am appalled and upset. Maybe it’s because of my race but this company needs to be investigated for their shady practices. Not to mention every time they need something they only give you 24hrs before they move on to the next candidate
If you believe in bigfoot , unicorns and mermaids, send them your application.
