We have been calling, emailing, mailing and texting CGM and Craig Gonsalves for 4 months to finish the job and repair the damage he did. Craig asked Sue to pay the balance in full on January 6 despite the damage to the deck, telling her you were ordering the materials to repair the deck rail and baluster you broke and would get back to her when you returned from Florida. Had a horrible experience! Was quoted 1000.00 after Guy Nelson looked at chimney he said probably 1100.00 but would have to look at it. He then told me 1500.00. I told him I only had 1300.00 Paid him cash. Had to ask for a receipt. It had no business name or phone number on it. He also told me front steps wouldn't be included after telling me they would. My fiance who is in business trade went up on roof and looked and he didn't do what he said he did. My mom is on a fixed income and he took advantage of two ladies. When my ... read more
