I recently had an extremely disappointing experience with Dr. From the moment I sat in the chair, the bedside manner was completely lacking; Dr. was dismissive, spoke to me in a condescending tone when I asked basic questions about my procedure, and showed zero empathy toward my physical discomfort. I'm not one to say anything bad about anyone but after a few months I still can't get over the way I was treated by Greg at CGM Denture Clinic. I had an appointment to fix my denture(fabricated by Greg) so I dropped it off first thing in the morning as requested. He came out from the back room shouting at me in front of other customers saying that he wasn't going to fix it. It left me speechless and couldn't ask why. He left and went back in his workshop. My father had issues with some work he had done at a different clinic and had issue after issue with his teeth. CGM took him in and fixed him up properly, couldn’t be happier with their work. Friendly and light-hearted staff, highly recommend!
