I highly recommend taking a trial class at CGI to see if their training can work for you too. I have been taking tai chi and yoga classes at CGI for over four years. I have been able to relieve my chronic back pain from a herniated disc thanks to their taining methods.
This is a great facility. All the staff are really funny and helpful. They have so many things to offer, anywhere from yoga classes to dance classes.
