So I waited a while to write a review to see how it holds after a year. I ordered a load for my garden and was told it was black dirt but it's not.....I've been gardening for many years with many different types of soil and this is not it. At first it was great, nice and soft and easy to work with but even 1 months in it turned rock hard and does not soak up water. Very impressed with the quality of black dirt and the service from Rebecca and the delivery driver. Tried CGI after ordering from competitors who delivered "black dirt" that included rocks, glass and an old shoe sole. Looked like fill from an old gravel pit. Will be using CGI for all my landscaping projects.

Rebecca and the staff did excellent work, the quality of the Black Dirt they put on my yard was fantastic and professionally raked and ready for seeding grass. I was really impressed with their work.

I recently hired CGI to put in a 16x28 pool pad. I was incredibly impressed throughout the process with the professionalism and thoroughness. Rebecca was great as she answered all my question via email and over the phone during the planning phase and once we approached the day of the project.
