My doctor Julie Wardell is the best but her nurse Denise is not. There has been MULTIPLE times where Denise has neglected patients by not returning phone calls and or not sending in/filling prescriptions. Need to let in more insurance coverage, friendly people but stuffy administration
All they want to do is argue with you. I tested positive foe covid and started getting a sinus infection. I know my body and know when I have a sinus infection seeing as I get them about every 3 months. The doctor proceeded to ask me if i thought Covid wasnt real and argue with me that it wasn't a sinus infection that it was just Covid..
