Had my first appointment here after my initial consultation and it was not a good experience. I recieved a call the day prior to my appointment asking to move up my appointment by 30 minutes which I agreed to. I arrived 2 minutes before my appointment and waited a whole hour before being seen. I understand that things happen and doctors can fall behind, but just as they expect us to cancel an appointment no less than 48 hours prior, they should also be courteous enough to call and let you know your appointment is delayed. Dr. Evans does a wonderful job as my family doctor. She is kind and a great listener. Dr. Van Tol is currently filling in but is an excellent 5 star doctor.
