I've been going a long time. Mid mornings are best. Friendly staff. If you report an equipment problem they work to fix it. Plenty of parking. Nice bathroom, the guys anyway. They do keep things clean. BTW. they have plenty of free weights.

I’m in town for business and staying at a hotel near this gym. I’ll be honest—I was hesitant to visit CGB Gym because of some of the reviews. I’m glad I decided to check it out! When I walked in, I was greeted by a gentleman named Anthony. He was extremely professional, answered all my questions, and walked me through the enrollment process with ease. The members that go there have no basic manners i get condescending stares and attitude from them & staff, prices are not worth membership, place is always a mess with weights, dirty towels & trash laying around & staff is doing nothing, and most of the teenage boys that go there are the worst part treating the place like a playground not a business, loud, vulgar, messy & staff does nothing to have some like of order, "one of them that works there FOLLOWS me to the restroom trying to start up a conversation I say I don't car... read more

Nice location but it wasn't open as stated on their site. Doors locked someone was inside working out. They don't answer the phone but equipment looks good...as I looked through the locked door
