There's cigarette and marijuana smoking in every floor, in the garage. This is supposed to be a smoke free building. Nothing, absolutely nothing is being done to address this, despite several complaints. The airconditioning not working at this heat wave is criminal

I stayed at 2920 Hwy 7, Vaughan, and my overall experience was very disappointing. The building looks nice from the outside, but living here was far from comfortable. There were constant maintenance issues, frequent false fire alarms at odd hours, and only three elevators for a 31-floor building — with one almost always out of service. Excellent concierge and management. They respond to inquiries quickly. Many low ratings are due to the air conditioning being out in this summer, however management was communicative with residents throughout the process and did all they could to help.
