This building has two titles , Vaughan's tallest building which is official and Vaughan's worst building ever which will soon be official i believe. This place is a joke from Management to supervisors to everything. Daily elevator issues , no one cares about fixing them , wind is blowing in each and every corner of the building, they must have used an engineer from Temu . I wish to bring to the management attention that there is an issue with a toilet system and this was reported to the front desk, however my daughter was told that she has to fix that! Please provide clarity before this escalates.
First of all, I lost my key. They told me to wait 20 working days or more. After that, I would wait for the security to open the door. Why is there no security in the early morning? I have been waiting for a long time at the door outside the lobby. This public security management is really a mess.
