Save your money and time. Don’t think of moving in here for atleast another 2-3 years. People including me who is staying here is struggling to even get cool air from the vent. Apart from that, everything is a mess. Don’t fall for any trap, once you sign the lease, your owner won’t be helping you either with anything, as they know about this building and they are stuck too. Literally illegal
Looks like management and cortel care works exactly the same. To get the apartment leased they insist on paying 4 months upfront despite good credit scores, proof of funds and active pay stubs I don’t think it’s legal just because it’s single tenant well if you have dealt with the listing agent then you would’nt be surprised They have been operating this place for 7 months now and tenants have several issues. Elevators/AC is one of the major ongoing issues from past month however management never really did anything about it... read more
It has been several days since the AC stopped working—going into Thursday now with no permanent fix in place and no clear timeline for resolution. What’s even more frustrating is that the temporary solution, which realistically should have been explored and prepared weeks ago as this issue became more frequent, is now estimated to take another 7–10 days to implement.
