Extremely frustrating experience living in this building. Out of the 3 lifts, 1 or 2 are constantly out of service, which means long waiting times every single day. I’m getting late for work regularly because the elevators barely function properly. For the amount residents pay, basic maintenance should not be this difficult. Management seriously needs to fix this ongoing issue instead of ignoring it. Very disappointing and irritating.
This building has two titles , Vaughan's tallest building which is official and Vaughan's worst building ever which will soon be official i believe. This place is a joke from Management to supervisors to everything. Daily elevator issues , no one cares about fixing them , wind is blowing in each and every corner of the building, they must have used an engineer from Temu . I wish to bring to the management attention that there is an issue with a toilet system and this was reported to the front desk, however my daughter was told that she has to fix that! Please provide clarity before this escalates.
First of all, I lost my key. They told me to wait 20 working days or more. After that, I would wait for the security to open the door. Why is there no security in the early morning? I have been waiting for a long time at the door outside the lobby. This public security management is really a mess.
