If I could give them a 0, I would. The worst agency I've ever visited, at least the others are honest. I went to an interview with my partner, and we couldn't have been more clear that we were open to all types of work, even if one of us had a job and the other didn't. They told me they would call me in two days, which didn't happen. People I knew who applied AFTER us, had jobs, but we didn't. So I called to find out what was going on. I have used CG twice now, the staff are friendly and very approachable. It wasn't a problem for them to help me suitable employment. Would definitely use them again if the need arises.
❌ Avoid this agency at all costs. ❌ This has been by far the worst recruitment experience I’ve ever had. I completed an interview and medical test three months ago, after which I was told I would receive a site tour and start date within two days. A week passed with no update, so I followed up with a phone call and text — no response.
