Have sent over $4800 for a lease and have had an issue after issue. I have asked for the move in documents for damage assessments, and nobody would get me the keys for a house i paid for. Don't recommend using Alphie IP. Nobody knows what is going on. The lease gives a number for emergencies that doesn't work. Water isn't working on the property due to it being shut off for over 50 days. I've never had so many issues. They have not responded to messages. Be careful before using this company
