-I explicitly said that there were no other issues in or outside of my house except for the kitchen sink that wasn’t draining. The older of the 2 gentleman took it upon himself to look behind my shed on the other side of the house to use my shovel dig a big hole on the side of my house bc he saw some water there. Loosely filled the dirt back into the hole and left my tools there next to it. -Charged $350(not including the service call fee) to use a drain snake. Very pleased - I wanted to male sure our wiring was safe. They were honest and knowledgeable.
My water heater had a leak suppressing water everywhere on a Thursday night around 7:00. He came right away and fixed it. Very friendly and professional. Will definitely keep his number for the future! Can never find someone after hours when you need help. He was that help!
