Disgusting. Arranged an appointment to view a vehicle, explained I was driving a long way. Only to arrive to see it being sold in front of me. Complete waste of time and total lack of trust and customer service.Â
Very disappointing experience. I called today ahead to confirm the car we were interested in was available and told them we were coming down. At no point was I advised that a test drive required an appointment. When we arrived on a Saturday, we were told we’d need to come back at 4:30pm — which is their closing time! That alone was frustrating. There was a young lad showing us the car we came to view, although he was friendly he clearly didnt know much about cars. Brought a new Mercedes here. The car was in impeccable condition and the salesman was extremely helpful showing all the cars functions, making sure i understood everything. Would recommend to anyone!Â
All the guys were really helpful and knolageable about the cars they had for sale. Helped every step of the way amd made buying a car from them really easy. Have recommended them to friends and family for future cars.Â
