Brought my family signet ring in to be resized, couldn’t be happier. The ring fits like a glove now and they polished the 16 years of wear and tear off of it to a mirror finish. It honestly looks better than when it did when it was first given to me, not sure where the review came from about this family being racially charged..Seems anyone will race bait to cover for their attitude and lack of manners, this family was nothing but polite to me. Hmm are your employees racially challenged!?!? my husband and I just left. 8/17/24 around 2:35 ish we entered. The front middle counter a lady was being helped. We walked around and looked at rings and prices. We were looking for work to be done to one of our current rings. The 2 ladies having a conversation in the middle counter in the middle of the store never assisted us. Continued their conversation. We left. Maybe mixed raced couples should take this into consideration.

Very poorly ran store. Can’t get anyone to answer the phone or return calls. Store was closed before the time they were supposed to be closed when I drove down there. My business will be taken elsewhere.

Went in to get a watch band put on the one on the watch was broke. The guy put a new one on. Then it lasted a few days and the pin fell out. I went back and another guy said he did the repair as best he could be it had been pulled out and messed the watch up.this was a lie I had never had a problem with it until the first guy screwed up the watch putting the band on
