The best fair dealership around. We scoured Wilmington and the costal region to replace my son’s car. We came back resigned to try this family owned business and take an off big brand dealership risk. I had purchased a car back in September 2024 and had been under the impression it was a safe older vehicle. However, after having it 3 1/2 months my subframe fell due to significant frame damage due to rust that was not disclosed at the time of sale. Sold me a lemon, five stars! Seriously, we bought a used VW Tiguan at C&G which had a great Carfax service record and otherwise looked like a solid daily driver. Five days later the engine broke down bad with timing and oil pressure issues. Mechanic told us it was kaput and needed a full replacement. George at C&G worked hard to find us another suitable vehicle to swap for the lemon. After a few weeks with no luck on the replacement, we were refunded our money fully.
