The front desk staff lady named Shalley is extremely rude and had a terrible experience yesterday. I usually never post any reviews but I had to write one for her behavior. When I asked for an admission ticket she was snapping and banging her POS machine and was glaring at me. Maybe she was having a bad day but don't need to express that to a customer. Unprofessional and a horrible behavior.
