I’ve had a wonderful experience here from the beginning! Isaiah was able to help me out over the phone and give me a ballpark cost of what my repairs would be. Unfortunately, (and I knew this) I had to replace my brake pads, rotors, a caliper, and break fluid (I’m just a girl and drove my car when I shouldn’t have, oopsie) but they were able to repair my car the same day, drop off at 9AM and pickup at 5PM at a very reasonable price- and I am super happy. Isaiah did a great job working on my Chevy Trax. He took the time to do a test drive with me and really listened to my issue. He also explained how everything would work with my warranty and gave a heads up that it would probably take a while. They were able to find a hairline crack in my turbo and get a brand new one via the warranty. I'll definitely be using them in the future.
Used my CarMax care plan and they got my AC fixed within 24 hours with no cost! Great service and communication!
