10/10 Gym, the staff here are very friendly and very helpful. The gym being 24/7 is definitely the main reason why I come here. Great quality machines to work with. If you’re looking for a Gym I recommend CFX.

Several Better Gyms in the Area for a Better Price !
I joined the club in March 2024, and for one straight year I was consistently going to train for at least 4 sessions a week. I lost 15LB in the first 3 months and achieved my normal BMI. I also recovered from sciatica and started to run from 0.3 miles to 1.5 miles nonstop. It’s an amazing gym, the club members are friendly and respectful.
