The 5 stars are specifically for the manager, Ryan, at CFX. He was incredibly helpful in resolving a situation I needed assistance with. I initially reached out to CFX corporate and unfortunately had a very poor experience with their communication and support. They have a locker room right in the middle of the gym. Jackets, bags, shoes, whatever else these people bring just laying on and around some tables, I’m assuming are employees desks when they show up. But it is horrible the way some people act as if this was their personal gym. Even worse is the management that allows it.
