Great place workout and but music kinda low but ok. Some ladies work out in there no so friendly there though but staff is .one staff members lady is no so friendly there but most are too me manager Mike is good there and Xena few others ..they need make another Cfx in South bend though..I need staff too see this music is way too low in there
I love going to CFX. On Tuesdays I start with Silver Sneakers exercise, then I work out on the equipment afterwards. On Thursdays I begin with Zumba, then Silver Sneakers, then equipment. I'm 74 years young and going strong. It's important to keep moving, and CFX helps me to do that. Thank you CFX and all your wonderful employees.
Favorite place!
I absolutely love CFX! I started my fitness journey a few months ago and this is the best gym! The facilities are always clean and the staff are the nicest folks. I started weekly training sessions with Xenia and she's amazing! It does get busy at times, but there are plenty of machines and lots of space to get your workout in even on a busy day.
