I just started coming to CFX. Im new to the area but not new to working out as my daily routine. I am blown away at how nice and clean this facility is. The check in process is simple. Staff is friendly and helpful. And, it offers a wide range of equipment. Whether you are a cardio junkie, free weights, machines, into more of a crossfit type of workout, there is something for everyone. Equipment is well maintained.
