Terrible customer service. They are not even trying.
I signed up at the end of July 2024. I like the staff and the Matrix machines are nice. Usually not too crowded which I like. I don't use the showers since I live close but they look clean.
Small can’t really get a day pass after work since there staff hours also stop at 5 and last time I tried there online portal o never received my confirmation email
24 hours, priced like other clubs. Clean
Friendly employees and nice locker rooms and clean facilities. Disappointed in the trainer who ghosted multiple phone calls of ours about interest in his services and did not reach out when a number was left.
