Went in to cancel my membership. They gave me a run around. Long story short I ended up in collections. Be weary of this chain and this gym. Also going to be leaving a poor review on their better business bureau.

This gym is the second worst gym I’ve ever been to, with the first being CFX Beverly. This gym is horrible for serious gym goers and I can’t wait until the UFC gym opens. The equipment here is so bad and is falling apart. For example, the benches are wobbly and are missing handles, which makes it a pain to adjust the angle. The weights are scattered all over the place and look like they have been chewed up because the people in the gym treat the equipment so poorly and drop the weights, even though it isn’t allowed. The staff here are kind and the equipment is generally decent, though the matrix bicep and tricep machines aren’t very effective. My main frustration, however, is with the way management treated me as a member. I froze my account but was still charged, and I only received a refund because I followed up and asked for it... While I can hardly accept the occasional inconvenience of poor management, what I can’t overlook is the dismissive way I was spoken to over the phone.
