I was charged 3 times for 1 membership payment. I contacted right away to get this resolved and was told I cannot get a refund unless it comes from the facility itself. I talked to someone in the facility, in person. I told them the situation, and that I was willing to let these overcharges stick if I was reassured that I would not be getting charged again on the next scheduled bill.
