Loving the functional training classes with Aidee shes’s a great coach! She has the patience to teach you proper form/technic. Training with her has really helped my mobility!
Not clean, machines are dirty and half of members go to sit and text while sitting on machines. Very busy during evening . And you have to make sure you are the only one going through the door or they will charge you $15.0 when someone goes behind you. In regards of machines there is a variety.
