CFT is an excellent gym with a knowledgeable coaching staff and plenty of well-maintained equipment. The wide class schedule makes it easy to fit workouts into any busy calendar, and everyone is friendly and approachable. It truly is a fantastic place.
Bring back Sunday gym option
Erinn was very thorough with her training. All the coaches were friendly. Heather was eager to learn about our strengths and weaknesses in order to customize a work out specifically for our needs! The atmosphere was amazing, the location was very convenient! I love this place!
The small group nutrition program at CFT is amazing! This group led by Coach Shannon, not only helped me reach my nutrition goals, it helped keep me accountable and created lifelong healthy habits. My sleep improved, fitness improved, and I lost 8 lbs and 4% body fat while still feeling full and satisfied. I highly recommend joining this group to help with your nutrition and over all well being goals.
CFT Fitness has excellent amenities and outdoor classes available, which I love. I’ve also made friends or connections here, so it’s pretty chill.
