Great place for CrossFit in And around Tracy, I started a year ago and I have improved myself a lot. All the coaches are really helpful and supportive at this CrossFit, I would recommend this place if anyone wants to improve themselves physically. Great place for Hyrox athletes as well.
CFT is an excellent gym with a knowledgeable coaching staff and plenty of well-maintained equipment. The wide class schedule makes it easy to fit workouts into any busy calendar, and everyone is friendly and approachable. It truly is a fantastic place.
