It’s says 24hrs but I drove 30 minutes to get there and I called and asked a question and said I was on my way and they couldn’t tell me the registers are off until 1230 for the next shift. It’s 1130 so you have to wait a whole hour to reopen the register very unprofessional and inconvenient.
I am writing to file a formal complaint regarding the poor service and unprofessional behavior I experienced at your Woodhaven location (9305 Jamaica Ave, Woodhaven, NY 11421) on the morning of Friday, April 18th, 2025. I visited the location to cash a check for $3,527. Upon entering, I noticed the place was empty despite being advertised as a 24-hour service.
