Why come every time I go here at 6pm during weekdays it’s some one in there but the door is lock so do you close at 6pm or 7pm cause it says 7 pm when I google the location on 35th & Villard. Please tell me something
FAX MACHINE NEEDS FIXING FAX RARELY GOES THROUGH
Very poor customer service. The teller is always on the phone. The store will have zero customers in the store, but want you to wait behind the line dividers until called to the window. Someone needs to teach them to respect everyone, and proper etiquette in business.
Employees do personal things on company time while closing their window to do so and have attitude if people complain. Answering phones while customers are still at window without completing transaction or questions. Girls needs to be fired to be grateful for having a job, and stealing ($$) from the company.
