Carol needs mental help, counselors are there to council not victim blame, be extremely condescending, and make situations worse with a smile on her face, currently the one with the leg injury I hope she receives karma in life because the behavior shown was absolutely disgusting and made me lose faith in the system if I could have her reported I would, people are desperate and need help and that is horrible
The whole experience was awful. I went in with my husband in hopes to open a dialog and work on our problems. The person assigned to us, Hazel, proceeded to give us an hour long lecture on cbt but never addressed the reason we went in. We are still not communicating and now we're getting divorced. Also the waiting room was poorly lit and felt very depressive.

I have received counseling services from this location twice now, at different times, and for different matters. The councilors are very professional and amazing listeners. This is the first place I have ever received councilling services where they help provide me with solutions while teaching me the tools that I needed. I am very thankful to both councilors, and all of the staff at Councilling and Family Services Ottawa
