★☆☆☆☆ Very disappointing experience. I cancelled my order within approximately 6 minutes of purchase, yet the order was still dispatched. I returned the item unopened via “Return to Sender”. Although the book cost was refunded, the company refused to refund the original delivery charge despite repeated requests. CFS Health has been truly transformative. Two years into my recovery journey, I was completely stuck. I had received helpful but incomplete support from another clinic that focused solely on nutrition and mindset. The program itself is messy. There are over 100 videos to go through. The library is unorganised and overwhelming. I’m currently in another program and it’s organised like “week 1” , “week 2” My coach wasn’t forceful enough on the advice, very soft. She just agreed to everything I said. Couldn’t find blockages, didn’t set me up for success. They say framework, to cover themselves. And the response they give is always in their favour depending on the scenario. Overall, excellent experience. A lot of information from the founder and staff - all people who have healed by working and learning in the program. Lots of insights which has led to many changes. The changes have all sprung from a deeper understanding of self care, boundaries and self love. I have held back one star because the price precludes many people who could use the information and community from being able to join. That said there is a lot of content for free on line.
