I wasn't impressed with CFS health. I booked into an online 15min appointment to see if this program was for me. While the staff member was friendly enough, they were really pushy about getting me started on the program without giving me time to consider if it was even the right fit. The biggest red flag was that they didn't even mention the cost of the program before trying to sign me up!! Love this program! The support is so so good!! So much kindness and understanding from everyone, I'm so glad I joined, the tools it's given me have already helped and the community you get from joining is so worth it 💜

On December 11.1986 I died from a chemical poisoning accident. It poisoned my brain my body and I had to learn to walk and talk again. I also was left w other neurologic problems and fibromyalgia... I was told I would probably die very soon because my body had gone through so much. The fibromyalgia for me was a hurtle but I found out how to live with it.. I would just like to say, anyone who is sitting on the fence, procrastinating, wondering if they should give cfs health a go, I highly recommend it. I have been in the program now for around 7 months, and I have had sooo many positive changes in my life, from more energy and strength, to better digestion, less aches n pains, stronger mindset and focus, and sooo much more.
