Overall, excellent experience. A lot of information from the founder and staff - all people who have healed by working and learning in the program. Lots of insights which has led to many changes. The changes have all sprung from a deeper understanding of self care, boundaries and self love. I have held back one star because the price precludes many people who could use the information and community from being able to join. That said there is a lot of content for free on line.

The team are very genuine and sincere and want to help you recover. There is no judgement and the program is a soft support system of accountability. If you're willing to put in the work and surrender to curiosity - no better way to spend your money than your health. Thank you guys x

The program it is somewhat helpful, though overcomplicated and long-winded, messy in layout and delivery of information, and missing key aspects of recovery that I’ve found elsewhere that I strongly think people in the program would benefit from in their recovery. The program would be fine if it had a membership price similar to other online programs. What frustrates me most is the membership cost, which is prohibitively high and, in my view, unnecessarily so. I cannot recommend CFS health, the program and team highly enough. I began as a huge sceptic, but now I am not only seeing results, I am seeing CFS health team as a family. You get to know people over time and I have only seen integrity, sincerity and genuine support. Sometimes it takes a village to heal a person and CFS has provided coaches, mentors, GP and of course Toby the founder . I now rest in the trust , as Toby says “ we’ve got you, and you’ve got this

This program has been life changing for my daughter and for me as a parent. It helped her believe she can improve, giving her the mental strength to make small, consistent changes that support her health. For the first time, she feels truly understood after 2 years of feeling alone and scared. She has a warm, trusting connection with Steph and Toby, and despite many challenges, she’s happier, more confident, and more joyful now than at any time since becoming ill.
