Been trying to call for 4 days about trash pickup and every single time the phone has been busy. Trash is left all over my yard after pickup and my street is left smelling like garbage for days after it is picked up. Trucks need to be cleaned to remove that lingering smell. Also most of the trash cans on my street are broken due to the way they are tossed around during pickup. This causes a lot of trash to fall out and be left on the ground.

It’s SATURDAY 9/30/2023 and they were suppose to show up FRIDAY. Once they finally show up, they don’t take all of your trash. They take the bins, dump them and leave all the rest of the trash on your property for, who knows, whenever they decide to come finish their job. It’s unprofessional and nerve wrecking to have the trash added to your rising water bill, AND THEY DON’T TAKE THE TRASH, while you still have to pay. It’s not fair or professional and higher extremes will be taken. They don’t even answer the PHONE!

Like today our trash day is Fridays but they’ll come on Saturday & sometimes Monday. On holidays we understand their a day behind. Everyone’s trash in the 1900 South Westchester Dr 23805 trash is full & waiting on pickup. There’s no one in the office to talk to on wknds. This happens all the time.

I’m not dinging them for being on time, since a lot of places are struggling to keep employees. But, the way they have handled the trash company change over in Colonial Heights (from CFS to CVWMA) is truly abhorrent. Instead of emptying the bins and collecting them after to be recycled, they took the bins (with trash still in them), and put them into the garbage truck to be crushed. The amount of extra waste they are producing is terrible.
