From the immediate inquiry to final delivery, the team that I worked with is very professional and responsive. On a very rainy day, the chairs were picked up and it was so smooth and the person was so nice and friendly ( turns out it was the owner:) The communication on the repair timeline of delivery and pick up was very clear and prompt. We had a very good experience and would highly recommend Colin, Erik and the rest of the team!
I dropped three cushions off on Friday and was told it would be at least a week. I received a phone call Monday morning saying they were done! They are beautiful - the fabric is much sturdier than the original cushions and are water repellent. My patio definitely looks more cozy!

We recently used CFR Patio to replace the slings on 6 of our chairs. I had considered taking on this project myself but after investigating it further, decided it was a job best left to the professionals for a variety of reasons (age of chairs, variations in sling sizes, etc.).
