I have been to at least 2 other boxes and when I moved further south, I needed a new "home". I have never felt SO accepted, encouraged and welcome at any gym. Don't let the word crossfit scare you...The workouts are modified to your abilities, but they still challenge you to beyond what you think you're capable of, and it will surprise you what you can achieve! Can not say enough about this place. I am recovering from a back injury and an irritated sciatica. After one day I was in so much pain I feared I was too old for this. Emily worked very closely with me and took extra time to work up a game plan to ease me into this without aggravating my back further. Even shows the care to text on her own time to check on how I feel and encourages me to keep going. She is extremely knowledgeable about what she is doing. If I were to recommend a crossfit gym, this is hands down the place.

Staff are very friendly, well trained, and knowledgeable. I enjoy the community very supportive and motivating. It’s fun and exciting as well! If you’re new like I am, it’s worth the shot!
