We ordered a beautiful quartz countertop for our new kitchen and the install was seamless. After having the finishing work done in our kitchen we noticed what appeared to be scratches in various places. I called to explain my issue and sent some photos for CFM to review, it was determined that these were caused by the finishing work and not by the install, but because CFM takes their customer satisfaction to heart, they sent a friendly technician named to Tom out to our home and he was able to remedy the situation in a coupl... read more
We had a wonderful experience with CFM! We could not be happier with our quartz countertops. They also fabricated a beautiful surround for our fireplace Their customer service can’t be beat and they will go above and beyond to make things right. Nicole is so friendly and helpful. We enjoyed meeting Bill who took accurate measurements and created the templates. A special thanks to our installers, Jacob, Ryan and Tyler. They did a fantastic job!. From start to finish – an excellent experience and we highly recommend CFM!
