I contacted CFM as their website appeared very professional. The lady who answered the phone was disinterested and unable to connect me to anyone at all who could provide very basic information. Her efforts were directed to declining to assist me and merely fobbing me off with "You need to put your enquiry into our contact form on the website". Very noisy and does not work efficiently who puts up with the noise being so loud also it's tripping the power board switches and running off and on my aircons are not functioning because of this
